I’m a small town kid with big dreams who never understood the meaning of impossible. I’ve always been into competing and fitness. I learned at a young age that hard work and consistency will take you wherever you want to go. You can’t beat someone with an undeniable grind. I fell in love with bodybuilding at a young age and it’s been my escape and fix for everything in life. The iron has a way of not only shaping you physically but mentally as well.

After working in gyms for years I took in the good and the bad and wanted to offer the best facility and atmosphere. My love for bodybuilding is driven by passion and we deliver that experience here. I met my soulmate at the gym who gave birth to our little prince. As a husband, father, and gym owner, I would consider myself beyond blessed.

Built by weight lifters, but with a well rounded stable of cardio equipment, we’ve got treadmills, climbers, rowers and more to keep that heart pumping!

About the Legion

Founded in 2020, Legion Training Studio was built from our passion for helping others reach their fitness goals. As a personal trainer and competitive bodybuilder, Bill envisioned a studio space that allowed our community to train, lift, and sculpt in an atmosphere that is high-energy and high-encouragement. We offer space to work out on your own time and your own program or to work with a professional trainer to reach your goals. Join the Legion to find out what we’re all about.
