About the Legion
Founded in 2020, Legion Training Studio was built from our passion for helping others reach their fitness goals. As a personal trainer and competitive bodybuilder, we envisioned a studio space that allowed our community to train, lift, and sculpt in an atmosphere that is high-energy and high-encouragement. We offer space to work out on your own time and your own program or to work with a professional trainer to reach your goals. Join the Legion to find out what we’re all about.
